Terms of Service

Welcome to Cabii (“Cabii,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Cabii is a mobile application that connects users seeking transportation services (“Users”) with independent taxi merchants or drivers (“Merchants”) who provide such services. By downloading, accessing, or using the Cabii app (“App”), website, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Cabii App, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies displayed in the App. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services.

2. Scope of Services

Cabii provides a platform to connect Users with Merchants. Cabii does not provide transportation services directly. All services are provided by independent drivers/merchants. Cabii’s role is limited to facilitating connections and managing payments and promotions.

3. Account Registration

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate details, and maintain confidentiality of your account. Cabii may suspend or terminate accounts for false information or violation of terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Use the App lawfully, provide accurate ride details, behave respectfully, and avoid misuse or harassment.

5. Merchant & Driver Responsibilities

Merchants/drivers must comply with laws, ensure vehicle safety, provide accurate pricing, and avoid fraud or unsafe practices.

6. Booking & Ride Policies

A contract forms when a ride is accepted. Cancellations may incur charges. Cabii is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures by Merchants.

7. Payments

Payments can be made via app or in cash. Cabii may facilitate payment processing. Refunds follow Cabii’s refund policy available in the App.

8. Promotions & Offers

Promo codes and discounts may have specific validity. Cabii may change or withdraw offers anytime.

9. Ratings & Feedback

Users and Merchants can rate each other. Cabii may use or moderate feedback for quality improvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cabii acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or delays. Cabii’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cabii and its affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Cabii may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal requirements. Users may delete their account by contacting support.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Australian law. Courts in Australian law have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

Cabii may modify these Terms. Updates will be posted in the App with an effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
